How It Works
Renaissance Leadership Coaching is designed to meet your specific needs. Together, we will identify roadblocks to your success; work to enhance interpersonal savvy and hone your executive presence while developing communication and leadership strategies that will increase your effectiveness.
Most coaching engagements are 6 months with biweekly coaching sessions by phone, 60 – 90 minutes in duration. Each coaching session calls for varying amounts of pre and post work to prepare for and integrate what is being learned.
What We Do Together
First, we begin by clarifying your vision, both short- and long-term goals and what you’d like to achieve. With a clear understanding of direction, we then determine the steps you need to get there.
Next, we’ll work on understanding your inner motivations and drivers. You’ll develop deep awareness of your strengths, values, and principles. You’ll also learn tools and techniques to address challenges and obstacles to your growth.
Then, you’ll gain a holistic perspective of your authentic leadership style, the patterns that lead to your success, and the conditions needed for you to thrive. We’ll discover your Enneagram style and bring those patterns to life through defining moments exploration.
Next, we’ll begin breakthrough sessions to explore ways to implement what you’ve learned, to lead while fully engaging your natural talents and strengths for greater ease.
When we’re done, you will emerge with an extensive foundation of self-knowledge, a heightened awareness of who you are and what you are meant to do, and clarity in decision-making—along with the ability to see, understand, and deal more effectively with other people and their perspectives.
You will walk away with increased personal resilience and vision to help shape and build a lasting legacy.
