Enneagram Discovery Coaching

The Enneagram is a powerful personality system the offers deep insight into human motivation and those elements of our personality that we have trouble dealing with effectively.

With a blending of modern psychology and ancient wisdom, the Enneagram sheds light on how we think, feel and take action in the world, offering a way to recognize and break through old patterns that hold us back, resolve conflict and lead with our strengths.

Prior to the Enneagram Discovery Session, you’ll be provided a recording and workbook to explore the different types.   Next we’ll meet for 90 minutes to review the system and you’ll be guided through a self-discovery process of your type.

Following the identification of your type, you will receive videos, summaries, and other materials to further the exploration of your Enneagram type.  This session will be followed by 3 coaching sessions to help you integrate this new knowledge for personal and professional growth.
